Thierry brings a unique blend of world-class service and security expertise to the domestic staffing industry. His career is built on a foundation of precision, discretion and an unwavering commitment to excellence.

Thierry's journey began with a 14 year tenure as a Business Class Flight Attendant for KLM Royal Dutch Airlines, where he honed his exceptional standards of High-end service.

Leveraging his discipline background, he established his own security company in Belgium ( T&D - Security ). His firm provided High-level close protection ( Body guarding ) for Ultra-High-Net-Worth individuals and security assignments for prestigious events, including the worldwide renowned Festival Tomorrowland.

After successfully selling the company, Thierry pursued his passion for elite hospitality. He attended and graduated with distinction and top of class from the world's most prestigious Butler Academy. Since then, he has applied his mastery of private service while working for UHNW families in China, Belgium and Switzerland.

Thierry is gifted with an extreme eye for detail, believing that perfection is often just the baseline. He founded Peacock & Peacock Domestic Staff Agency with the conviction that his unique qualifications, hands-on experience and expertise in different aspects of the ' True Art Of Service ' , will make a difference in connecting clients with truly exceptional domestic staff. Leah is a highly experienced professional in the private service industry. She brings a wealth of expertise cultivated over many years working for Ultra-High-Net-Worth (UHNW) families across the globe.

Leah graduated with a degree in Natural Science and began her career in private service as a nanny for a well - respected family in the Philippines.

Her career quickly expanded internationally, Leah worked extensively in Gstaad, Switzerland, serving different private households in the roles of nanny and head housekeeper for prominent Middle Eastern UHNW families.

Leah is recognised as a master in high-end housekeeping, possessing meticulous standards and organisational skills required for luxury residences. As a nanny, she is particularly skilled and wonderful with newborns, offering specialised care and attention.

As the Co-founder of Peacock & Peacock, Leah is a valuable asset to the agency. Her direct, hands-on experience in various demanding private service roles allows her to understand the nuanced needs of both clients and candidates.
